We are extremely happy that you are part of the team as a volunteer for UEFA EURO 2020 in Copenhagen!
Below you will find a number of practical information.

We have put together a series of slides that you can look through here.

Practical information

Meeting time
In the volunteer app (UEFA V.app) you will find an overview of your shifts. Download it from the App Store og Google Play.
Here it will appear when your shift begins and when it ends. You clock in, when you are ready for your shift and clock out again when your shift is finished.

Can't make it to a shift 
Click on the 'I can't make it' button in the app and call the volunteer team'

Covid-19
All volunteers must be able to present a valid corona passport when attending a shift.

If you are exempt from corona test and corona passport due to medical, physical or mental reasons and thus cannot be tested, please make us aware of this.

Are you tested positive for corona infection
We strongly encourage to hear from you if you are tested positive for coronara virus.
This will help us reduce the risk of a major outbreak among volunteers. 

Face mask / visor
DBU and UEFA provide disposable face masks while you are on shift. You can also choose to use a visor while on duty. We do not make this available. If you are exempt from wearing a face mask or visor, please make us aware of this and wear a visible badge for the exemption.

E-learning
Venue volunteers around Parken Stadium can access UEFA's e-learning platform here.

Host City volunteers around the Football Village at Ofelia Plads and around in Copenhagen can access the e-learning platform here. (if you haven't recieved a link from UEFA to the e-learning platform, the next update will come on June 1).

Login is the same as for the V.app.

Transport and parking
There are very few parking options both around Parken Stadium and at Ofelia Plads.
We therefore recommend that you take the bike or public transport in connection with your shift. In addition, we point out that we do not have the opportunity to cover the costs of either transport or parking in connection with EURO 2020.

The venye accreditation card have a train-icon on it. This DOES NOT grant free public transport.

Uniforms 
All volunteers receive a volunteer uniform from Adidas.

Host City uniforms be picked up on the 1st floor of the volunteer center in Skuespilhuset at Sankt Annæ Plads 36.

Venue uniforms can be picked up on the 1st floor of the volunteer center in Idrætshuset, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 7, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.

Opening hours every day: 08.00-20.00.
Weekend 08.00-18.30.

Take good care of your uniform as there is no possibility to replace lost parts.
We change wrong sizes while stocks last.

Accreditation card (Host City)
All volunteers must be accredited in connection with UEFA EURO 2020.
Host City accreditations are collected in connection with the 1st shift on the 1st floor of the volunteer center in the Skuespilhuset at Sankt Annæ Plads 36.
You must bring a photo ID or health card to receive your accreditation.

Accreditation card (venue)
All volunteers must be accredited in connection with UEFA EURO 2020.
The accreditation card is personal and may not be shared with others. You must pick up your accreditation before your first shift.
Bring the ID you previously provided to us (probably passport). It is important that it is the same ID that you have previously provided to us, otherwise you will not have the opportunity to have your accreditation handed out.
Also remember to bring confirmation email / SMS sent. If you lose your accreditation, you will be charged an amount equivalent to 150 euros.

The accreditation center is located in Idrætshuset, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 7, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.
You don't need to bring af corona test for solely picking up your accreditation.

EPA: (venue volunteers only)
In addition to the personal accreditation, you must present a valid EPA (Epidemiological Acknowledgment Form) each time you are on duty.
This must be completed no later than 15 minutes before your shift begins.

Insurance
When you are on duty in connection with volunteering for UEFA EURO 2020 in Copenhagen, you are covered by DIF’s accident insurance. Should the accident occur, please contact your nearest manager or volunteer team.

Food and drinks
You get food and drink while on shift. In the V.app you can see your Meal Voucher, which applies to a meal.
